Everyone has experienced evaluation in some form. But would you like to know more about what evaluation is and how you can use it to increase your program’s impact?
Evaluation gives insights about our work, stories to share with others and ideas to strengthen our practice. Done thoughtfully, evaluation provides the chance to engage stakeholders in new and meaningful ways. Join us and the Minnesota Council of Nonprofits to learn how to incorporate evaluation into your work.
This full-day evaluation workshop, presented by IG CEO Leah Goldstein Moses, will combine presentation, activities and group consulting/problem-solving, for an interactive, informative and fun session!
Learning Objectives For This Workshop:
- Understand when to use evaluation for your programs
- Learn how evaluation can benefit your organization, including leveraging resources and improving programs and services
- Get the basics on different methods and approaches in evaluation – consider what kinds best suit your organization or program needs
- Get to know your peers in a fun and collaborative setting
Participants will leave this workshop armed with a place to start evaluating one of their programs and resources for digging deeper into evaluation. For those interested in a more intermediate level evaluation course, check out our Evaluation 201 training in November!
