For focus groups in English, please register for a time slot based on whether you are located in the 7-county metro area (Anoka, Carver, Dakota, Hennepin, Ramsey, Scott, and Washington counties) or outside that region (everywhere else in Minnesota).
Focus groups for parents and primary caregivers are also available in Spanish, Hmong, Amharic, and Somali. Click the prior links to be directed to materials and registration in those languages.
