He also brings to our team storytelling expertise and skills distilling complex information into understandable concepts from working as a reporter before joining The Improve Group.

Jim collaborates with clients and project teams to design products that are useful and meaningful to their intended audiences. He encourages a focus on audiences, key messaging, branding, and tone for reports and other project deliverables.
