Jill is an expert in designing thoughtful, meaningful evaluations that lead to useful insights. She pays close attention to what data collection methods will answer evaluation questions and applies a Community-Responsive ApproachSM to ensure evaluation is accessible to key stakeholders. Jill uses Technology of Participation® in her expert facilitation toolkit and advanced data visualization and presentation methods to increase evaluation use and reporting.
Jill is skilled in communicating with clients and their community stakeholders, offering thought partnership in crafting evaluation questions and reflecting on how clients can use findings to improve.
