Evaluation Workshops

In 2007 the Improve Group began offering learning courses on evaluation to nonprofits and other organizations looking for skills to conduct new and improved evaluations from within. Response to the new series was overwhelmingly positive:

Audience: Staff and Board members of organizations that want to increase their knowledge and capabilities for performing internal evaluations.

Purpose: Organizations often need to assess programs, create reports and validate data for funders and other stakeholders. Our courses give you in-depth, practical knowledge on what is needed to plan for meaningful evaluations and create the tools to implement them. Topics covered range from creating a participations plan and selecting the right tools to analyzing data and conveying results.

Accessibility: You can register and attend a scheduled workshop held at the Improve Group’s office or we can come to your organization. Our workshop instructors take the specific issues and real-life situations provided by participants to create a customized workshop experience.

Cost:  Regular fee: $150/per workshop
Minnesota Council of Nonprofits member discount fee: $115/per workshop

How to register: Print and fill out a registration form and send it to the Improve Group along with a check for payment.
