Safe Schools/Healthy Students Parent Survey
Hello and thank you for completing this survey! We are gathering this information for the Safe Schools/Healthy Students (SS/HS) Initiative to better understand your awareness and interest in resources, and to guide how we address common challenges to the health, safety, and learning of children.
Your honesty is very important – please answer all of the questions as truthfully as possible. Your individual responses are confidential. The survey should take about 10 minutes to complete.
Your responses, along with those of other parents, will be used to develop a report for the Suburban Ramsey Family Collaborative's (SRFC) SS/HS Initiative, to meet your needs as a parent, and to make our communities safer and more responsive to the needs of our families. For more information, call Mary Sue Hansen at (65I) 604-35I4.
