Steps in Our Process
Our approach is very client-centered, viewing the clients as experts and co-developers of the work. Typically, our work follows a six-step process:
- Understand the project need and establish goals and outcomes
- Get to know our clients, including the base motivation for the project as well as confounding factors
- Design and develop the project, with input from clients along the way
- Collect information to answer questions posed in the project design
- Analyze information and develop findings and recommendations with input from the client
- Prepare a communication strategy that can include reports,
presentations and workshops
