Steps in Our Process

Our approach is very client-centered, viewing the clients as experts and co-developers of the work. Typically, our work follows a six-step process:

1. Understand the project need and establish goals and outcomes
2. Get to know our clients, including the base motivation for the project as well as confounding factors
3. Design and develop the project, with input from clients along the way
4. Collect information to answer questions posed in the project design
5. Analyze information and develop findings and recommendations with input from the client
6. Prepare a communication strategy that can include reports, presentations and workshops
