From its inception, the Improve Group has made technical assistance and capacity-building a key part of our work. We build coaching into our projects, while recognizing that our clients’ staff members have many responsibilities. We help organizations embed evaluation into their work so they can continue producing strong results. We also develop and deliver stand-alone training programs and individual workshops on concepts in research and evaluation.

Our products that help build organizational capacity for evaluation include:

Our training can be delivered in-person, via teleconference, through a self-study format (such as an on-line PowerPoint presentation), or on-line. Our trainings and workshops provide useful take-away tools to immediately start practicing the techniques and approaches we teach.
