La Oportunidad

La Oportunidad had several programs aimed at youth and adults, each with the goal of building peaceful practices. With many different funding streams and reporting requirements we were spending a lot of time just figuring out what to report and to whom.

Staff at the Improve Group, in partnership with ACET, Inc. worked with us to catalog all of the different requirements and really define the goals of each program. Then they created instruments that met the reporting requirements and also helped us collect data to document our program results.

The Improve Group spent a great deal of time working with our staff to really understand and clarify our program goals. They also helped us determine what data to collect and when, and create a system for recording it. We enjoyed the process and learned a lot from the work we did together.
