The Improve Group is starting two interesting short-term projects this month: helping the Department of Corrections complete a review of the education programs at one facility, including develop a process that can be used for other facilities, and helping Saint Paul Public Schools analyze the input received about their new employee effectiveness, school choice, and consolidation initiatives
